Senior/Junior Physiotherapist

 

Job Description & Requirements

 

  • Assessing and treating of physical disabilities - dysfunction and pain caused by movement.

  • Alleviating of pain or other symptoms resulting from injury, disease, disability or health-related disorders, to help patients regain independance with daily activities and improve their quality of life.

  • Customizing appropriate therapy catered to patient's level of impairment.

  • Ensuring a high standard of clinical practice and conduct, and participate actively in pursuing continual professional development.

  • Working independently to manage complex cases and be professionally accredited to perform physiotherapy procedures for specialised patient cohorts.

  • Degree/Diploma in Physiotherapy from an internationally accredited institution.

  • 3 - 5 years of relevant experience for Senior position with at least 2 - 3 years in area of specialisation.

  • Able to assess and treat numerous musculoskeletal pains with great results.

  • Must be a registered member of Allied Health Professional Council (AHPC) and Singapore Physiotherapy Association.

  • Strong communication skills, able to build rapport with patients easily.

  • Interest in and passion for healthcare.

  • Must be active and fit.

Senior Rehabilitation & Functional Training Specialist

​

  • Train & service long term high profile clients provided by founder of FTI, Nelson Chong. 

  • Minimum 8 hours daily, 6 days week including public holidays.

  • Must be consistently active and fit, confident & certified with credentials in dealing with musculoskeletal pain and performance issues.

  • High EQ with great interpersonal skills, able to build rapport with patients easily.

  • Must be a team player & willingness to strive in a dynamic environment.

  • Must be social media savvy.

  • ​3 - 5 years of relevant experience for Senior position with at least 2 - 3 years in area of specialisation.

  • Able to assess and treat numerous musculoskeletal pains with great results.

  • Non-Singaporeans and non-PR can apply but must possess minimum a degree in any discipline with relevant certifications in fitness industry.

Customer Service Executive

​

Job Description & Requirements

​

  • 5.5 Days work week, including Public Holidays

  • Healthy & fit individual who loves to exercise.

  • Possess a cheerful, out-going personality and customer service orientated.

  • Manage Reception area and oversee FTI Gym’s comprehensive cleanliness.

  • Computer literate. Able to deal with queries or requests from clients and the public via telephone, email, WhatsApp and walk-in users.

  • Provide information to callers, greet persons entering FTI premises and direct individuals to the correct destination.

  • Ensure knowledge of personnel’s whereabouts and maintain exact and complete check-in and check-out procedures for both FTI clients and on-site staff.

  • Handle sales transactions and provide clear explanation on FTI’s Coaches' various training sessions packages, FTI fees and undertaking client payment procedures, accurately.

  • Total awareness of the current / updated FTI’s on-going promotions, services and various products. These are subject to change, on an on-going basis.

  • Handle and maintain accurate FTI expense transactions, online records and documents.

  • Prepare letters and documents from FTI to various external parties, receive and sort out FTI’s postal mail, packages and deliveries.

  • Ensure FTI's common areas are properly equipped with supplies on premises.

  • Maintain inventory stock lists and office supplies orders, as needed by FTI.

  • Coordination of the maintenance and repair of all FTI facilities training and office related equipment. 

  • Provide general clerical and administrative support, to all levels of FTI staff.

Digital Marketing/ Marketing Executive

​

Job Description & Requirements

 

  • Plan, execute, and track marketing campaigns/promotion.

  • Liaise with management/ops for promotions.

  • Utilize both traditional and digital marketing channels to reach out to customers.

  • Proficient in social channels like Facebook and Instagram, email marketing

  • Write copy for all marketing collateral, including brochures, letters, emails, content for websites and social platforms. 

  • Conceptualize and design creative, intuitive and brand-consistent visual assets for both digital and print collaterals such as brochures, print-ads, graphic content for website, social media, email (EDM) communications and other digital platforms

  • Basic video editing skill is advantageous.

  • Monitor ongoing campaign spend against the budget, keeping accurate records and highlighting where variances occur.

  • Liaise with operations team to ensure successful implementation of campaigns/promotions.

  • Liaise with landlord for ad spaces, campaigns and customer feedback.

  • Alert and liaise with operations regarding incoming feedback from customers.

  • Community monitoring and respond to incoming feedback from email channel.

  • Healthy & fit individual who loves to exercise.

  • A recognized degree/diploma in Business/Communications/Marketing

  • Experience in handling social media platforms preferred

  • Writes and communicates proficiently in English
